Meet Electric Heavy Truck Charging Project - EV Charging Solution for Steel Industrial Park

Sano Energy has launched a 240kW electric vehicle (EV) fast charging project at a Steel Industrial Park, aimed at accelerating industrial decarbonization and supporting the park’s shift toward green logistics. This collaborative initiative is specifically designed to power electric dump trucks and electric tractors within the steel production ecosystem.

At the core of the project are five high-efficiency 240kW dual-plug DC fast chargers, delivering rapid, high-power charging. These stations form the operational backbone for new-energy vehicles in the area, significantly reducing vehicle downtime and ensuring a constant supply of clean energy for uninterrupted operation.

The project also provides end-to-end support across every stage of EV infrastructure deployment. This includes configuration planning, equipment selection, site design and construction, charging platform setup, daily operations, maintenance, and insurance services—offering a full-spectrum solution for industrial EV adoption.

The initiative is carried out in partnership with a forward-thinking steel enterprise founded on March 11, 2019. Located within the Steel Supporting Industrial Park, the company has been at the forefront of innovation in metal manufacturing and the application of sustainable energy technologies. Its strategic focus on developing smart steel parks and integrated commercial zones has established it as a leader in green industrial transformation.

In a milestone achievement, the company became the first to receive the Type I three-star “Zero-Carbon Factory” certification on November 28, 2024. Its facility integrates photovoltaic systems and EV charging infrastructure to support 24/7 zero-emissions operations, achieving a notable greenhouse gas offset rate of 50.10%.
