Pre-Sales Support

  • Initial Debugging & Testing:
    We dispatch engineers for on-site guidance and coordination to ensure smooth compatibility testing between the charger and vehicle systems.

  • Technical Training:
    Prior to delivery, we provide technical training to the client's personnel to ensure proper installation, use, and maintenance of the charging equipment.

After-Sales Support

  • Stage 1 – Customer Hotline:
    We offer hotline support for standard troubleshooting, with service centers available in Germany, Norway, and Türkiye. In other regions, certified partners provide local support.

  • Stage 2 – Remote Support:
    For issues beyond basic troubleshooting, our after-sales engineers offer online diagnostics. Software-related issues are resolved via remote updates, while hardware issues are addressed by notifying service partners for on-site component replacement.

  • Stage 3 – On-site Service:
    If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we dispatch engineers to the customer site to carry out in-person diagnostics and repairs, including hardware replacement if necessary.
